Super 8 is basically video on film. Kodak started this motion-picture film in 1965, designed for easy, affordable home movie-making. No screens, no previews… just pure nostalgia. All on film. Think traditional home videos. It adds a warmth and authenticity that digital simply can’t replicate. I strictly only shoot on film for my videos, which is different than my photography approach. Super 8 integrates so naturally into my philosophy as a photographer, and gives your gallery that extra touch of “home movie” nostalgia we all long for.
